Park Lawn buys up funeral homes & cemeteries to run/manage. They are continually "growing", but do not have the organizational structure in place to handle the growth. Everyone is stretched thin, from the local level, to the corporate level. Poor communication. They keep adding responsibilities to the employees but refuse to add compensation. Just very poorly managed from a corporate/executive level. Local level management was okay, but even their hands were tied. Corporate pulls all the strings.
