Pros
Met a few nice people here. I'm really struggling to put nice things... Oh they help pay college tuition but you have to be working there for 5 years so if you have time to wait, it's a good option.
Cons
Make sure you negotiate the best salary possible before accepting a job offer -- raises are just cents and they pay less than their competitors. The company culture pushes people to feel horrible about themselves if they make mistakes because management will pick apart everything... They say it's ok to make mistakes as long as you learn from them, but it's just words, hardly any of management recognizes that when it comes to people working for them. Upper management is totally disconnected from employees, they have a few favorites and those are the ones they only care for, all others are replaceable. There's a culture of throwing people under the bus to look better and avoid getting in trouble. People here are micromanaged so if you want to be treated as a professional, go work elsewhere. There is a Christian undertone to the company culture. If you're not Christian or you're an atheist, you'll most likely feel uncomfortable. There's hardly any diversity here.
