Lack of training Trainers who are under trained themselves Lack of compassion for employees Way too many systems some that are way out of date. I’ve worked in several call centers most places the customer comes in verified and you have an idea what they are calling for….. not here, you’ll spend 10 min just trying to get them verified and you have to go to like 5 different spots to get all the information.
