Pros
Such a large team that we sit around and do nothing most of the time :) we literally get paid for doing vmware courses. Difficult tickets (90%) are outsourced. We dont need to attend the office if we do we just swipe our cards and leave during lunch time. No one knows. Great place to work tbf.
Cons
Officially were meant to come in 3 days a week. The sales team over sells and we under deliver, the customer isnt particularly happy but they're stuck in a contract or we just outsource and theyre none the wiser. Building isnt great.
