Pros
The people that work there are good, for the most part, and it really feels like a team environment.
Cons
Management and the CEO are slowly steering the company towards being another soulless husk, call-center like company that treats employees like trash. Over the years not only were most of the benefits cut off for budget reasons, but most of the people that actually cared resigned and went on to find better things elsewhere. What's left is a few good middle-management trying to patch and keep going a machine that's falling apart due to incredibly stupid decision-making. This is a multi-national company operating as if it were a start-up.
