Pros
Ability to get lucky with a large deal and uncapped commission. 401k, benefits, etc. the usual.
Cons
This job was a stepping stone and truly nothing else. Upper management is awful and the day to day job absolutely sucks. Also, don't plan on making more than base salary because they have what's called a "recoverable draw" on commision (look it up). I did it for a year as my first sales job, took the experience for the resume and RAN! This is definitely not a long term job for anyone that plans to enjoy work, especially because they don't promote from within. And don't expect to ever not be in the office from 8-5... if you have even a dentist appointment you have to use PTO. There's a reason that they hire an entire new sales class each quarter and that's because people get out of there as soon as another job opens up elsewhere. Don't buy their story "people who didn't like this job and left just didn't have the work ethic for a sales role".. I believed them and regretted it.
