Pros

People in the department were all good to work for for the most part. A lot of the sales reps were cool. Work life balance was actually really good. Hardly ever had to work overtime and it was not expected.

Cons

Pay is horrible way below market rate. Raises were a joke. Inflation is 8.5 % and they offered a 3% raise but will buy companies before paying people fairly. Company cares more about acquisitions than paying people fairly Department do not work well together at all. Wait for days for simple yes or no. No one takes accountability for anything and will play the blame game. Technology used for day to day is ironically slow and outdated for a tech company. Things are acknowledged when they are bad but are never fixed. They took work from home away even though we worked well/more efficient at home than at the office. Since they bought curvature company culture has changed to an us vs them mentality and the workplace is toxic. Sales training has been cut due to the mass exit of Reps causing reps to become AMs before they are ready. Career pathing is a joke. You ask what you can do to get promoted and move up and they don’t have a clear answer and don’t really care. If you are looking for a job straight out of college it’s a fine first job, but if you have any experience stay away.

Pros

- Global reach of engineering network (sub-contractors) - Technology & Tools acquired through M&A provide high-value add

Cons

- C-suite & executive leadership lead with fear and intimidation to motivate results. - Legal team is responsible for a significant amount of PPT's lost opportunities. Starting with their approach to technical partnerships, the one sided master agreements which are perceived by the technical teams at our/their client's as arrogant, which is consistent with PPT's legal teams monopolistic approach to client engagements.
