      Good Team, Great Work Life Balance Great immediate Manager Good starting Role

      No clear Career progression Pay does not keep up with Market Value Very Old and Clunky Legacy Codebase and workflow that Higher Management is unwilling to dedicate the necessary resources and time to address. Parent Company doesn't particularly care or listen to feed back. Entwined with Venture Capatlism and is very penny pinching as a result as they're likely looking to sell the company soon.

      - C-suite & executive leadership lead with fear and intimidation to motivate results. - Legal team is responsible for a significant amount of PPT's lost opportunities. Starting with their approach to technical partnerships, the one sided master agreements which are perceived by the technical teams at our/their client's as arrogant, which is consistent with PPT's legal teams monopolistic approach to client engagements.
