Pros
Salary was decent but nothing special. Worked with some good people who were handicapped and held back by vindictive management.
Cons
My manager ran the team like a prison camp dictatorship. Refused to listen to feedback. Cost the business over 100k by blocking me from doing my job and employing the son of a senior manager to do my work. The contract of employment is not worth the paper it is written on as your job role may be completely changed at the drop of a hat on the direction of your 'manager'. All employees are liable to being constructively dismissed from the job - in most cases as a reprisal for raising legitimate concerns. Talented colleagues often became disillusioned and were forced to find a new job for career progression.
