Pros
Lots of flexibility and work life balance is amazing. Pay could be slightly better, but the work life balance makes up for any slightly lower pay. Management is available for questions and their are lots of opportunities for overtime.
Cons
Sometimes others don't show up for work because their isn't a point system and it affects the team. It can be frustrating working harder to make up for someone that has missed numerous days.
