Pros

The working environment was always fun. I felt valued as an employee. Performance were helpful and provided constructive criticism. Summers and semester breaks were nice, our schedules allowed us considerate amounts of time off

Cons

I hardly ever got a full 40 hour work week. Our schedules were dependent on the school schedule. Although it was nice having the summer off that makes it hard to support oneself. Not everyone would qualify for unemployment. If their was work available in summer it was very part time.

The company goals and standards are out of the world. Company Culture is great

Cons

They will give you more and more responsibilities without adjusting compensation. They pay to little which attracts lowest pool of team members, Ones whom stayed with company are punished but new team members being hired at comparable wages even if you been there 5 years. Some managers sit at table and watch team members struggle. They have lost touch with the company culture "we care about people"
