Pros
-extremely flexible schedule. pick times you want, with availability to work doubles every single day if you want. -some really cool people who work here -can make some decent money if you work a lot of hours (close shifts) at good spots -if you're good at the job, show up on time and do everything you're asked, you will have the opportunity to work at spots where you can make 100-200 every night. For some reason, this is really hard for 90% of the valets at this company to do. -if you do the things above and can lock down good shifts with good valets, this is a great gig.
Cons
-sometimes you get screwed by management overstaffing spots. ie management will send 4 guys to a spot that only needs 2. creates a very awkward lose-lose situation for the valets. either someone needs to be forced to go home, or no one is going to make any money. -exhausting if you work a lot of doubles -company is cheap af, and you will never get recognized for the work you put in. "We're going to buy pizza for you guys for being at this event at 5:45AM and putting in a 14 shift!" *buys cardboard $4 little ceasars pizza*. I wouldve literally just got the $2 for my share of "pizza" instead. -to be blunt, a lot of the valets hired here are dumb. this is a very easy job. be nice to people, park cars, be on time, and be efficient at your job. working with people who suck at this job can make shifts a nightmare.
