I’ve been in Chatt for 8 years and have had experiences in all the big name hospitals - Erlanger, Parkridge, CHI. I’ll be honest, Parkridge Medical Center has some of the best workers I’ve met. Regardless of the volume of patients and tasks, we all know how to work together to get it done. Not saying perfectly but efficiently and with care. Here, there is a team who cares just enough to get the job done right. Yes, there are a few nuts and bolts to fix but that’s everywhere - there’s just less here;)
