Pro’s are positive environment from property to corporate office, tons of support from corporate office departments, task managers, regional managements (including HK and Engineering) and a high paced, high expectations, and encouraging leadership that helps you achieve award winning results.

Cons

I have found that if you speak up when things seemingly move too fast, they will stop to listen, understand, and come to a mutual conclusion to ensure ops run as smoothly as it looks on paper while still obtaining the objective.
