Cons

Upper corporate management has very little idea as to how things work at the local level. Very corporate structure. Don't ever criticize upper management.

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)
