Stability at present time. This, however, changes with the economy.

Cons

Multiple locations with centralized purchasing, logistics, human resources, IT, and accounts receivable. Purchasing and logistics do not work.

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)
