Pros

I only worked here for several months under a temp agency - I did not pursue a full time position though. Very nice people overall.

Cons

The CEO does not approve of any remote work - it makes it really hard with children, etc. On top of this, you are only allowed 2 weeks of vacation until your 7th year. Then it goes to 3 weeks. I wish the company would have valued work-life balance much more than they did.

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)
