Pros

The benefits here are best in class. The corporate team works hard to select the right people and keep those people in their roles as long as possible. Very low turnover. Work environment will demand a lot of you and the work was very seasonal during the time I was there.

Cons

Intra-company movement is very rare, and impossible for some roles. If hired, expect to be in the role you are hired for for the duration of your employment. This is more the downside of the low turnover mentioned as a "pro" above.

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)
