Pros

Benefits are decent and holidays are good.

Cons

No work life balance, they want you to be a robot and have no life outside of work. As a salaried employee they act like they own you. Higher up management will put on a show, I called it the smoke and mirrors show, they lie about everything. They hide alot of information from their employees. No room for growth.

Work with Outside Sales rep to coordinate fabrication orders of raw product. Comfortable office, good hours, no OT required.

Cons

Spotty training offered... some favoritism shown to tenured employees... some of the Outside Reps can be divas (actually a norm in many sales environments though)
