The non-management and non-executive employees are usually great. The facilities are all being upgraded.
Cons
Inexperienced management talking about personal things to staff; supervisors leaving with or before staff every day; supervisor talking about inappropriate experiences; management staff not addressing behavioral issues with supervisors and employees; no communication between immediate supervisor and employees at locations other than their home location; friends outside of work with employees they supervise affecting decisions at work; customer service issues never addressed; not recognized for higher education; lazy directors not taking care of managers performing their jobs; on and on and on.
