Pros

I've worked in property accounting and for REITs for over 5 years. Eola Capital/Parkway Properties provided me with the most in depth experience by far. If you are willing to step up then you will definitely receive the opportunity for responsibility and growth.

Cons

The learning curve is steep, if you are coming from another REIT where you were just handling a piece of the entire picture. You are expected to know your properties front and back. You need to be on your A game at all times.
