      Name recognition. ESOP, early on. Most of the personnel working there were very competent and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      There was a sort of indifference when it came to employees by the management. They could talk a great talk but they never would come through for the employee.

      There are so many positives to working at Parsons in San Diego! The staff and management team are fantastic—everyone is incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand when needed. There is plenty of room for career growth, and the company truly offers a healthy work-life balance. Plus, leadership does an excellent job of recognizing and giving credit for hard work.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing serious—especially compared to some tough experiences I’ve had at other companies. The only real downside is that the 401k match is a bit low compared to industry standards.
