- Leadership makes erratic and hasty decisions that have many trickle down effects. Very hard to achieve anything. - CEO uses all hands as a personal soap box, leaving most people wondering what he is talking about and why… he’s a little unhinged. Despite the fact that multiple people have told him this, he continues … one person said “he likes the smell of his own farts” and honestly it’s accurate. - Sudden layoffs because of bad planning, stingy severance packages - I regret leaving my former job for this circus
