No actual recruiting, answering phones constantly with majority of incoming calls being questions about time cards. Spent most of my time correcting time cards, answering questions about paychecks. No actual recruiting

Good benefits, remote opportunities, easy onboarding

Cons

Terrible commission structure/very low percentages, don't do consistent yearly reviews with employees and there's NEVER a raise, leadership is not approachable and there's constant turnover within their sales team.
