Pros
I worked at a different company for a long time, worked to the bone and underpaid, because I was too scared to leave. Took a chance on Partners and I am SO GLAD I did. I have flourished under my new leaders. I matter and I am reminded every day that I do. I am challenged, mentored, well paid and supported professionally and personally. These folks are not shy about investing in their workforce. Benefits are great- all the insurance you need, PTO and sick time earned every paycheck, 401k with good matching, etc. Conferences happen regularly, bonuses for days and many other incentives like car programs and free vacations (yes vacations! Not meetings disguised as vacations). Lastly, Partners leads the charge with diversity and inclusion as well as Interfaith Network initiatives. The support at all levels is outstanding.
Cons
No company is perfect. There is the occasional bad apple but they don't last long. Leadership is really good about finding them and either fixing the problem or getting rid of them. Also, compared to other staffing agencies, Partners is young so expect change. Just know that leaders really want to hear the good, bad and ugly.
