Partners Personnel really does care about the overall welfare of their colleagues. Our senior leadership has a way of making you feel like you're seen and that the efforts you contribute are valued on a small, as well as large scale... & now in a condescending way that I've grown accustomed to accepting. They really look for ways to improve the overall company and support the diversity and inclusion of minorities throughout local branches, as well as on the corporate team. Having left my job of 8 years to become a Partner, I was nervous, but there has never been a moment where I questioned my decision. I love everything about our company and the way we live out our purpose, mission, and values in everyday actions.

None, absolutely none. With the amount of attention our Senior Operating Committee invests into learning how to better assist field associates and improve the way we do things, if there is a con- it won't remain one for long.
