If the hr person hires you and pays you what you are worth. If that person leaves or gets fired the new hr person can and will drop your pay.

Very generous hours, although I’m not a permanent employee it’s nice that they were able to give me a shot with no experience.

I guess the hours, but that’s what comes with working a job

Cons

Terrible commission structure/very low percentages, don't do consistent yearly reviews with employees and there's NEVER a raise, leadership is not approachable and there's constant turnover within their sales team.
