      - CEO has created an environment of fear and oppression - Salary is very low compared to other places - Scheduling is not flexible - CEO tries to create an illusion of relaxed work environment which is totally false - Workers are afraid to speak up - No job security

      Pros

      PartsBadger is well suited for those who seek upward growth opportunities and to be a part of an extremely productive team. Wild ideas are encouraged and if its wild enough, you will get the chance to lead it and see it through. Catered lunch everyday along with the snack rooms are a huge perk that i appreciate.

      Cons

      You must have a lot of self-drive to be successful here. Management gives you the tools and resources you need but the implementation of these tools is fully up to you on how you use them.
