The culture is notably strong & positive, with leadership actively seeking input & feedback from individual contributors before launching new initiatives. This makes people feel heard, valued, & recognized. The company maintains an inclusive, accepting approach to new team members, & there's a palpable sense of being in growth-mode, which creates energy & opportunity across the organization. Onboarding processes are being revamped, which reflects a strategic priority as the company has scaled faster than documentation & systems could keep pace. Additionally, PartsSource has historically operated with disparate systems across different functions & segements- a challenge we're actively addressing by unifying under a single integrated platform, which is both necessary & underway. As a fast-growing organization, there's an expectation to adapt quickly & juggle competing priorities as they emerge. This requires flexibility & comfort with ambiguity, which isn't for everyone, but is the reality of a high-velocity environment.

I've spent a long stretch on the Technology team here in the Hudson office, and PartsSource continues to grow, change, and evolve in a genuinely positive direction. What stands out most is leadership. They partner with and actually listen to the employee base, and they stay focused on strategic growth rather than short-term noise. The mission, "Ensuring Healthcare is Always On," isn't a poster on the wall. People here understand it and take pride in it, and that shared sense of purpose shapes the culture. Work-life balance is respected, the culture is collaborative and supportive, and there's real, continuous opportunity to learn and grow. It's been an exciting run, and I'm looking forward to what's ahead.

Growth is fast, both organic and through acquisitions, which brings occasional growing pains as the company integrates and figures things out. Part of the tradeoff for the momentum.
