Additionally, PartsSource has historically operated with disparate systems across different functions & segements- a challenge we're actively addressing by unifying under a single integrated platform, which is both necessary & underway. As a fast-growing organization, there's an expectation to adapt quickly & juggle competing priorities as they emerge. This requires flexibility & comfort with ambiguity, which isn't for everyone, but is the reality of a high-velocity environment.

I've spent a long stretch on the Technology team here in the Hudson office, and PartsSource continues to grow, change, and evolve in a genuinely positive direction. What stands out most is leadership. They partner with and actually listen to the employee base, and they stay focused on strategic growth rather than short-term noise. The mission, "Ensuring Healthcare is Always On," isn't a poster on the wall. People here understand it and take pride in it, and that shared sense of purpose shapes the culture. It's been an exciting run, and I'm looking forward to what's ahead.
