Pros

Family owned business. Treats employees fair. Company is growing and expanding.

Cons

Senior management is not skilled or edgy. They are there only because of tenure. It is sad to see the company weighed down by this dead weight by weak managers which is most of the VP'S and SVP's. The company relies on USC outside consultants to advise them because their managers are incompetent. Maybe someday George will clean house and hire new VP's that have fresh skills and ideas and retire those that have been with the company 20 plus years that do not contribute but to fill a seat and who lack initiative. Also, USC is running Pasha, what a shame as they do not offer anything that saves costs except to layoff people. How is that a brilliant concept?

Pros

Upscale work environment with excellent office facilities, strong technology resources, and very good overall benefits. Most employees are friendly and professional.

Cons

The company talks frequently about process improvement, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making, which is encouraging. However, in practice, new ideas or operational feedback are not always well received at the management level. There can be resistance to suggestions, even when those suggestions are intended to improve efficiency or solve business problems. I also observed noticeable tension between departments and within administrative functions. On more than one occasion, I witnessed situations where one department insisted something could not be done when it actually could, creating unnecessary friction and inefficiency. Turnover within some administrative departments appeared high. In my department, only one employee had been there longer than a year during my time with the company. There also appeared to be broader organizational tension, including leadership changes.
