Pros

- You get to chose your own appointments - Learning new legal and medical terms almost every day - Geting to know new people - Boosting your legal and medical knowledge

Cons

- You are sometimes required to drive long distances to get to your appointments - There is no fixed schedule and no guarantee that you have appointments on a daily basis - Being on time for your next appointment is sometimes challenging (previous appointment takes longer than expected and you have a long drive ahead to get to your next appointment) -

Pros

Working remotely that was the only pro.

Cons

Management is the worst con. New hires are getting made WAY more than people that have been working there for years. Huge slap to the face. Most of my coworkers that started around the same time are ALL gone. No benefits. No raises unless you beg for one. If they replaced management with someone with actual management experience this company would not be half bad. If management doesn’t like you, it gets taken to a personal level. This is not made to be a long term job. This is for younger groups desperate for a job. There’s no proper training and no updates to any employees about any changes with policy or important information that would be helpful for your job. The work environment is toxic and will mentally drain you. I do not recommend for anyone. If this gets deleted I would not be surprised.
