They care about advancement and how you are doing in your career path.

Cons

The vacation/sick days and holidays could have been better. I only got 1 sick day a year.

Pros

Very good company - I had a lot of relatable experience during my first year here. Great to get your feet wet and hopefully you get promoted to create a solid career.

Cons

Buddy system is still intact, hard for some others to get promotions. All in all however, not much I can say that is essentially "bad"
