Pros
I have been with the company for nearly 4 years now. I have seen the company grow from tiny to one of the largest pathology labs. Everyone here is very friendly and welcomes you in. Fellow employees welcomed me right in when I arrived and patiently taught me everything I needed to be successful. They have allowed me to grow as a person as well as become a better worker in the lab. You will never be bored working in the lab and there is always something to learn. Pathnostics does their best to employee kind, smart, and hard working individuals who keep each other accountable. You get a very unique experience working here, upper management is involved with each employee and will take time to meet you and learn about you as an individual. There is lots of ways to move up in the company.
Cons
Pathnostics has experienced some growth pains with the addition of Element 7. The company grew extremely fast and the employees became stressed during this time. HOWEVER, it has become much better as of recently. With the official separation of Path and E7 path became a much more positive work environment. As a lab tech, you will be on your feet a lot (this is both a pro and con.)
