Pros
Catered food occasionally. Some good coworkers that makes the job worth going to. Team bonding is encouraged. Received an annual raise of 5%. Full health benefits. Good place to start if you are fresh out of college and need to build up your experience.
Cons
Some coworkers are young and immature. There's definitely favoritism going on. Can have a lot of drama going on within departments. Sometimes, it feels like I was back in high school again. The low pay and sometimes stressful conditions create a high turnover rate.
