A less strict dress policy, schedule flexibility, pay matches most jobs that are comparable, friendly atmosphere, knowledged staff, very affordable benefits, staff is recognized for their contributions, work-life balance and coffee and candy provided to the floor :)

Flexible schedule is really nice.

Micro managing. 10min breaks I've never heard before. I just dont understand why they cant give 15 like every other company. Hostile environment. Their core people are toxic. Always complaining, gossiping, telling on everything & anything. You have to pretty much keep to yourself.
