Pros
The management is good, at least for the lower end. I don't have much of an opinion either way on the top end management. The managers are not micro managers and they let the dev teams make decisions that directly affect them when it comes to projects. The development teams are great to work with. All of them are very smart and hard working. Pay seems to be on par with the local area as well as the benefits.
Cons
Constant change since I started. Don't lecture me one change. I know it is an constant. However my job change way too much over the time I was there.
