Pros

-Good people -Management cares about your success -Good Training (role playing, 1 on 1 reviews, reviews of calls made) -Potential to make very good money

Cons

-Not all projects are the same quality -When your leads list gets "tired" there is not much you can do -The sales process can become adversarial because timing and leads are limited. i.e. If a prospect declines, you cannot stay in touch with them to see if their needs or circumstances have changed. When a project is closed, it is closed until the following year.
