Pros

Very driven to keep up with the changing times and trying to find new innovative ways to educate patients and provide useful products for physicians, hospital and other medical based facilities.

Cons

Buyout of additional companies/products with no realistic thought process of how to implement and dump things on minimally paid employees telling them to just make it work. No real training. Poor management/leadership that is clickish as if they were in middle school. Sales and VP's are given bonus's for each project while the employees behind the scenes are dependent upon the sales for a yearly bonus. Yearly sales bonuses are not met so the lower paid employees behind the scenes are left without any type of profit sharing due to no fault of their own. Power struggles within management are a norm.

Great employee moral Great benefits and awesome time-off The Cincinnati office is beautiful Love the company culture Awesome work/life balance (3 days WFH and 2 days in office)plus summer hours Senior management is very kind and inviting Very inclusive PatientPoint takes care of their employees
