Pros

It’s a job in a nice area and in an attractive building. Good health insurance plan at the start of employment.

Cons

There’s no set process, nothing is organized, there are constantly grey areas and unrealistic expectations, management is never on the same page, and treat people differently based on who drinks the “koolaid” and makes them feel important verses people who want to do a good job for clients and work hard to do so and make things right. Goals are set, and forgotten about, there’s no real way to measure them, but apparently if their met, u will get a raise, but at the end of the day, they make up reasons why no one is getting a decent raise even if you did great.
