PatientPoint is a great place to work. I feel like I am making a difference and my opinion matters. My ideas are listened to and taken into consideration for change.

Cons

The company has grown so much in the last couple of months that we are having growing pains.

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
