Pros

there is a good work environment and opportunity to grow as an employee. The management is open to input and works to improve where needed. PatientPoint has been willing to help me advance my career.

Cons

Communication between different aspects of the business can be challenging at times due to separate data systems

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
