Pros

Management is very supportive and helpful. Working with coworkers in the sales world can be competitive but not here. You really become a team where coworkers support each other in success.

Cons

There are outside reps that handle metro areas, while inside handle rural areas. Gaining sale consistently can be tuff.

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
