Stay away. Little to no support after training. - Healthcare Media Specialist PatientPoint Employee Review

Pros

Some flexibility in work schedule.

Cons

No mid level management support and almost zero development because of this. No 1:1’s to review plan, goals, or professional development. Trained and then left to your own devices. Told by management that upcoming “changes” would not impact employee jobs (“No one is going to get fired or laid off”) but “restructuring” after being hired 7 just weeks prior led to lay-off.

Thank you for providing this review. This restructuring was a tough decision and process, and we understand the impact of this change on you and your family. While difficult to execute, a reduction in force is sometimes necessary in order for an organization to provide better service and remain nimble as technology evolves. It’s unfortunate to hear about the lack of training you received. We have and continue to develop our training team and processes to provide ongoing support for all teammates and have realigned management duties and assignments to ensure that one-on-one coaching is provided. You are encouraged to email PatientPoint-HumanResources@patientpoint.com with additional questions, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
