Cons

Was a GREAT company. Now lead with confusion. What was once the protocol was working. Someone looked to re-write success and has failed.

Great employee moral Great benefits and awesome time-off The Cincinnati office is beautiful Love the company culture Awesome work/life balance (3 days WFH and 2 days in office)plus summer hours Senior management is very kind and inviting Very inclusive PatientPoint takes care of their employees
