Pros

While having a little flex in schedule, it hardly makes up for the ever-growing toxicity in the work culture. A great place to build experience in the industry as you will get to do everyone's job for them!

Cons

If you'd like to over work for under payment, this is the place for you. Brown-nosing is highly rewarded & overworking will allow you the opportunities to do other peoples jobs for them without added compensation. Raises are avoided topics, no matter your work ethic. Roles and goals are so fluid, they honestly change weekly! Metrics used to value work output are skewed and a lot is left up to other counterparts to complete, which muddies the waters further.
