Pros

There use to be a couple pro's. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Cons

This company makes weekly changes with no communication. NO transparency! NO communication between departments. Changes in pay on upsells, no communication. Takes months to get paid on your upsells. Great employees having been jumping from this sinking ship.

Thank you for your feedback. Like many companies with a dispersed workforce, we have a focus and need for increased methods of communication. It’s an area we’ve made great strides in, and team members now look forward to our department lunch and learns, power hours, and in-person get togethers. In recent focus groups we heard again and again about how transparent our leadership has been during all team meetings and town halls. Great employee moral Great benefits and awesome time-off The Cincinnati office is beautiful Love the company culture Awesome work/life balance (3 days WFH and 2 days in office)plus summer hours Senior management is very kind and inviting Very inclusive PatientPoint takes care of their employees

Honestly cannot think of one con.
