Pros

This role gives you plenty of flexibility during your day. You are not behind a desk all day, instead you are out face to face with clients in offices. You get to interact with practice managers and get to help them make their practice better. If you are a people person, this role is perfect for you! There is huge potential for growth within the company as well.

Cons

There is a lot to know and a lot to do, ALL the time. It can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
