Growing company in healthcare education and engagement, a space that matters. For almost 15 years, the people here have been like family, encouraging growth and supporting one another. Flexibility is great.

Cons

Not enough facetime with colleagues, but not true of all positions.

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
