Pros

The people at PatientPoint are fun and many of them I call close friends. I feel a great sense of loyalty to my fellow associates. PatientPoint also offers great PTO!

Cons

communication from the executive level and between teams could improve.

Pros

They have very few competitors in a marketplace with real opportunity for growth. They have a good tech stack (dbt + Airflow + Snowflake + Looker).

Cons

Although many smart people work here, incompetence in engineering and engineering management runs rampant (it's rare to find an engineer who can work with git) and an attitude of "don't rock the boat above all else" seems to prevail.
